Jersey Royal New Potato Bowls:

Deep new potato bowl, 24cm long (7.5 inches), 18.5cm wide, 8.5cm deep £38 each
Commissioned by Jersey Tourism to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of the 'Jersey Royal' in 2005 (featured on 'BBC Gardeners World'). The bowl is a special shape high sided bowl, echoing the lines of the classic shaped Jersey Royal New Potato a good depth of 7cm to hold potatoes.

The Jersey Royal new potato has been cultivated on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, since 1880. Farmers still use seaweed gathered from the sandy shores as a natural fertilizer, adding to their unique flavour and delicate skin. Harvesting begins in April through to the end of June.
