Salmon Serving Platters

65cm x 25cm platter, made from hardwearing, oven, dishwasher proof Italian porcelain, £99.95 each. This unique shape is perfect for serving large fish on. Please note the manufacturing process involved in making these extra large ovals gives a slightly different finish to each one (contours in the porcelain etc), making each piece unique. All platters are quality checked by the artist before they are sent out.

The inspiration for the salmon platter came from fishing for wild salmon on the wild and beautiful Outer Hebridean Island of North Uist where I spend part of the year. Only 500 large platters have been made of which less than 20 are still available. Due to the difficulty in making these large platters no more will be made. We may make a slightly smaller version sometime in the future.
