Oatcakes and Shortbread

For over fifteen years the MacLean brothers, Alan and Ewen, using the best Scottish oatmeal (sugar free and suitable for vegetarians), have been baking the fantastic quality oatcakes at their bakery on the island of Benbecula in the Outer Hebrides. The oatcakes are perfect for serving smoked salmon and sea trout on, and the canapé cases are ideal for any party occasion.
