Limited Edition Plates
A new limited edition range
The Pheasant range is inspired by these majestic birds that come and feed around my studio and orchard in Dorset.
The Scots Grey Cockerel and Highland Cow are from our neighbours croft on North Uist in the Outer Hebrides where they are free to roam and graze, perfectly suited to the wild and beautiful Hebridean landscape.

Salmon Serving Platter :
65cm x 25cm platter, made from hardwearing, oven, dishwasher proof Italian porcelain, £89.95 each. This unique shape is perfect for serving large fish on. Please note the manufacturing process involved in making these extra large ovals gives a slightly different finish to each one (contours in the porcelain etc), making each piece unique. All platters are quality checked by the artist before they are sent out.
The inspiration for the salmon platter came from fishing for wild salmon on the wild and beautiful Outer Hebridean Island of North Uist where I spend part of the year. For an extra special gift, a side of the finest Hebridean peat smoked salmon from the island can be sent out with the salmon platter, click here or go to the food gifts page.
Of the 500 limited edition extra large Salmon platters made less than 40 are still now available.
To celebrate this much awaited launch, all orders of the salmon platters receive a free jute 'Gamefish' shopping/beach bag (£12).

Commissioned by the British Watercress farmers in 2004, and launched at The Watercress Festival in 2005, this captures the rich vibrant green (particularly hard to fire on ceramics) of watercress, and celebrates the historical and nutritional properties of this wonderful plant. Ideal for serving salad or vegetables, to order go to Oval plate page (or click here)

Jersey Royal New Potato Bowls:
Commissioned by Jersey Tourism to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of the 'Jersey Royal' in 2005 (featured on 'BBC Gardeners World'). The bowl is a special shape high sided bowl, echoing the lines of the classic shaped Jersey Royal New Potato a good depth of 7cm to hold potatoes.
The Jersey Royal new potato has been cultivated on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, since 1880. Farmers still use seaweed gathered from the sandy shores as a natural fertilizer, adding to their unique flavour and delicate skin. Harvesting begins in April through to the end of June.
See Food Gift page to order freshly dug new potatoes with bowl (or click here).

Brown Trout Plates:
This design is available in all the plates styles and are only made in small numbers, to view and order go to ceramics page (or click here) and choose plate shape.
This is the only fully fresh water fish in the range (the sea trout is the same species but migrates to the sea, only returning to fresh water to mate and spawn). However I wanted to add it to the range, it's beautifully coloured, is a great British 'game' fish, and I am passionate about fly fishing (how they are normally fished for).
