Delivery Costs and Payment Information

Delivery costs: All shipping charges are kept to a minimum and are done at cost, fully insured and packed to arrive in perfect condition.

Tax (VAT) exempt orders: Orders shipped to an address outside Europe are tax (VAT) free which is reflected in the total amount shown on the order form.

Delivery times: Mail orders are normally sent out twice during the week, if you require you order to arrive by a specific date please let us know in the questions & comments box on the checkout order form.
UK deliveries are on a 24 hour or 48 hour trackable signed for service.
European deliveries are on a 2 to 3 working day trackable signed for service.
Worldwide deliveries are on a 8 working day trackable signed for service.

It may be possible to send urgent orders out sooner than the above, please let us know in the questions & comments box on the checkout form or call 08454 100116.

Signed for and special delivery instructions: Small packets are sent through the post office, most parcels are sent by courier with a signature required. For a swift delivery, if there are special delivery instructions to go on the parcel ( e.g.' leave with neighbour') or directions if the address is difficult to find, please let us know in the comments & questions box on the checkout form and we will print these on the delivery label. If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver, they will leave an instruction card on how to get your parcel redelivered.
                                                  

Stock: We are normally fully stocked but if we are short of any items on your order we will contact you to advise on timings.

Free personalised message: When sending as a present we can hand write a personal note for you free of charge on a Richard Bramble postcard, just let us know in the 'questions & comments' box on the checkout form.

Payment: We accept all credit and debit cards (except American Express), our email order forms are totally secure.The checkout forms have an option for sending a cheque if you prefer made payable to Richard Bramble.
