A matching piece of cheese to one of the cheese plates or platter makes an extra special gift. At Borough Market we have Cheese makers that sell direct to the Public as well as Neal's Yard Dairy, a wonderful cheese shop, specializing predominantly in British Cheeses, so you will be receiving the best quality cheese.

I can send a piece of the Comte Reserve with the cheese plates which is featured on the 'Alpine Cheese' plate. This is one of my favourite cheeses at the market, but also travels well when sending with the plates.

Reserve Comte (Made from unpasteurised cows milk with traditional animal rennet): Next to my stand we have The Borough Market Cheese Company who sell slices from large wheels of Reserve Comte (a Gruyere type cheese made from cow’s milk) from the French region of Franche Comte by the Jura Mountains.
