For that extra special celebratory or wedding gift a personalised message or inscription can be hand written on any ceramic piece by the artist using a black ceramic pen. The lettering is then dishwasher and oven proof.

This can normally be done within a few days of ordering, if the artist is away painting, there could be a delay of a few weeks. If this is the case then we will inform you by email and when your order can be delivered. If you would prefer to check before ordering please just send us an email or call 01935 815236).

Inscriptions can be written on the front or back of individual pieces. If choosing to have your inscriptions put on the front, the artist recommends from an aesthetic point of view, choosing pieces that have no text already fired on, as the thickness of the pen will not match the text already fired on. Although the inscription will be dishwasher proof, as it is on the surface it can scour off so if the piece is going to be used, it is best written on the underneath side

When ordering please add the inscription to be put on, in the comments box at the bottom of the order form which is on the checkout page when you get to this stage.

£3.50 per small item (such as bowl, cheese plate, mug, side plate, egg cup, wine coaster & stopper).

£6.50 per medium item (everything else such as serving bowl, cheese platter, oval plate, 30cm dinner plate or deep rimmed bowl, wine cooler and wine stand or salmon platter).
